Job Description:
1. Support Siegwerk US entity as single point of contact (SPOC) for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & Transportation Management (TM) topics to ensure smooth daily business operations.
2. Support and handle end-to-end implementations & Siegwerk template rollouts in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & Transportation Management (TM) for Siegwerk entities globally.
3. Deliver full cycle SAP implementation Projects, including FIT/GAP Analysis, Build, Training Key users & End users, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Go Live Support.
4. Handle support with ticketing tools with adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5. Provide functional support for reports, interfaces, and enhancements and prepare design documents and detailed specification for Advance Business Application Programming (ABAP) team.
6. Analyze the proprietary business processes and business data to identify and troubleshoot issues or problems. Work with business stakeholders to further optimize these proprietary business processes.
7. Collect and create demand specifications in cooperation with the business users.
8. Work together with cross-functional teams, vendors/business partners and customers to ensure successful implementation.
9. Responsible for current and new localization ensuring legal compliance in USA, Canada and Latin America region.
10. Guide and steer external consultants for localization process or specific requests.
11. Proactive and prospective working behavior for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & Transportation Management (TM) process and legal needs.
12. Other duties as necessary.
13. Part-time telecommuting is permitted.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent* in Information Technology or closely related field and eight (8) years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Support.
Experience must include:
· Five (5) years of implementation experience with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations of an SAP rollout.
· Eight (8) years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) core areas which includes order management, invoicing, deliveries, consignment stocks, pricing procedures, scheduling agreements, customer credit management, Inter and Intra company process, pick/pack, goods issued, and Finance & Controlling (FICO) integration aspects.
· Three (3) years of experience with SAP Transport Management (TM) core areas which includes Shipment planning, execution and shipment freight cost creation and settlements & Transport EDI interfaces.
· Eight (8) years of experience designing SAP RICEFW stands for Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow, reports including query reports and data migration tools, Design of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Interface of SAP ECC system with other SAP & non-SAP digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
· Three (3) years of experience in make-to-order (MTO) and make-to-stock (MTS) sales integration with Production planning in PP-PI industry, integration aspects with Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM).
· Three (3) years of demonstrated knowledge of Order to cash processes unique to chemical manufacturing industry covering data migration and processing of BOM (formula), recipes of chemical
products, dangerous goods specification for sales and shipping chemicals, sophisticated data systems, business processes closely integrated with digital platforms such as consignment, online ordering and shipping.
