Clinical Market Leader
Status: Full Time
Licensure: Iowa RN License
Gateway Iowa Healthcare, an Ensign subsidiary, is a leading provider of post acute rehabilitation services in the State of Iowa. We have facilities in Fort Dodge, Des Moines, Hawarden, Cherokee, West Bend, and Clarion, Iowa.
The Clinical Market Leader is responsible for oversight, training and development of new Directors of Nursing Services, supporting new program development, and ensuring survey preparedness. This position is not assigned to a specific facility
- Registered Nurse with a current or pending license in Iowa.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least five (5) years experience in Long Term Care or related fields.
- Experience in operations in a facility as well as at the corporate level.
- Demonstrate ability to work with others and assume a leadership role.
- Experience in quality improvement.
- Knowledge about current regulations/legislation from Federal to State level.
- Electronic Health Record Experience- Preferably PCC experience.
- Prior Director of Nursing Experience, preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
